• Preparation of testing Procedure of Oil type transformer type as per Aramco standard and checklist which is applicable in the transformer
• Conduct internal briefing before starting the testing of transformer to avoid accident during testing
• Apply actual pressure to the (PVG) using pressure calibrator hand pump to check the correct setting of (pressure and vacuum pressure) as per vendor set point and design drawing
• Energize the control panel of Oil type transformer and check the function of its instrument related relay, contactor inside control panel including the lighting, switches, alarm signal, trip, fault. Fan, group 1. Group 2 running status and trip condition
• Function test apply the actual temperature using temperature butt and check the value of winding temperature indicator (WTI) increase the temperature setting until reach 75°C contactor will close and the fan group 1 will be running, and 80°C fan group 2 will running together,
• Assist the Site Acceptances Test of UPS control panel with the vendor apply the over load using temporary load bank to slowly increase the Milli Amps until maximum load will meet.
• Coordinator the PSA(Power automation System)Vendor to check all signal from PSA to Ethernet switch from MV switch gear 4.16 KV and switch gear 13.8 kV using mod bus communication
• Functional test of MV switch gear using the command from PSA and check all the feedback, also check the correct command and feedback include in the alarm list is totally working w/out any mismatch or double signal activated
• Preparation of document for SAT activities of Honeywell system cabinet and visual check as per drawing and also check the ferrule from end to end in correct destination.
• Double check the power supply of 120VDC supply from power distribution cabinet to the control system cabinet in correct distention as per termination schedule.
• Check the Safety ground between the PE and the Instrument Safety ground (ISG) correct and
Properly segregation.
• Responsible of field bus downloading prior pre-loop checking activities with the coordination of ABB vendor
• Preparation of data sheet and ILD of it’s of the instrument before download the field bus inst.
• Check the active device which is ready to download in the HSE subnet system

• Coordinate to the vendor in a missing tag allocation /channel or incomplete application in the system found during pre-test activities or contact the engineering personnel so that they can give action as soon as possible

• Maintenance of process control systems; examples: motor automatic control speed drive which incorporates design changes, calibration, maintenance and installation of additional transmitters, control valves, sensor and gauges to accurately regulate the torque and speed and thereby protect the motor against overloads and faults.
• Prepared maintenance plans for restoring instrumentation and electrical equipment to operating condition thereby reduced repair.
• Supported, and maintain Delta V DCS and Allen-Bradley PLC control systems including configuration database, controller and operations descriptions, coding, display layouts, simulations, and hardware.
• Troubleshot electrical and instrumentation maintenance issues; (example, test insulation resistance of motor wires and windings using mega ohm meter and circuit breaker trip, locate fault in field circuit by disconnecting wires at module and field device, check device for ground, short circuit for proper mechanical and electrical operation).
• Updated all electrical and instrumentation control system documentation that included cataloging, filing of maintenance service reports, review and evaluate equipment service reports as required to provide a preventative maintenance program.
• Identified process control improvement using failure modes and effects analysis through inspection of the electrical and instrumentation equipment and understanding on its failure modes and effect.
• Troubleshooting, loop tuning and calibration of YOKOGAWA Transmitters for pressure, temperature and flow, Endress + Hauser flow and level transmitters, Fluke temperature calibrator, IR test lamp, Fluke process calibrator, and HART Field communicator.
• Developed and configured PLC software (Allen Bradley RS Logic) and processors (PLC 5 & SLC 500) to monitor and control flow rate of air, supply air temperature, air quality, water flow sensors, pressure sensors, exhaust air ducts, and mixed air ducts.
