- HVAC system.
- Building Management System (BMS).

- Management of five teams formed by 195 people among mechanical engineers, technical officers and technicians.
- Monitoring preventive master plan and corrective performances.
- Coordination of several projects such as Fire Smoke Damper Integration (including around 700 assets) and VAV Calibration.
- Support to Procurement Department in relation to suppliers and subcontractors negotiations.
- Spares Management.
