Work Responsibilities :
Customer-facing job. First contact person for incoming patients.
Responsible for receiving patients giving information and explaining the terms and conditions of fees and insurance procedures
Provide relevant information about the hospital facilities and attending doctors
Uses the hospital HMS application to create, update, retrieve patient medical records, fix appointments, generates files and health card information.
Responsible in sending and or assisting patients to the appropriate doctor and specialist.
Responsible for bookings and appointments as well as appointment confirmations by calling patients
