• Leasing Administration: Overseeing lease documentation and administration processes, including lease preparation and handling lease-related paperwork. Ensuring that all lease agreements are properly executed and documented in compliance with legal standards.

• Managing the payment request, turn over rent, percentage rent, utilities, chilled water, promotional podium.
• Managing the company group insurance, Property All Risk and Third Party Liability for all the locations across UAE including Contractors All Risk for the Fit out works.
• Process the Lease Agreements for review/approval by the appropriate personnel for accuracy and ensure that the same is in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed at the time of closing lease deal and send the same to the Mall Management/Landlords for acceptance.
• Organize the payment/documents and forward the same to the Mall Management/Landlord along with the signed Lease Agreement.
• Ensure invoices and Statement of Accounts received from Landlords are in compliance with Landlords and development coordinators to ensure the timely processing and billing / payments of new Lease. In case of any issues in the invoices, SOAs coordinating the same internally and with Landlords to resolve the issues.
• Point of contact for the Mall announcement, fines and complaints.
