• Organizes and prepares patient with an outpatient appointment for MRI/CT/Colonoscopy/Endoscopy/Bronchoscopy under Sedation/Analgesia.
• Maintains mandatory educational requirements.

• Participates in PI project in the unit.
• Actively participates by using incident reporting, customer complaints reporting, medication error reporting and near misses reporting (Continuous QI plan).
• Assesses education needs and provides effective and age appropriate education to patients/families.
• Participate in ongoing educational activities and maintain mandatory educational requirements.
• Participates in all educational relating JCIA/PI/Patient safety/ Risk management.
• Understands JCIA standards and applies in daily process.

• Assisting General Physician like monitoring V/S, initial assessment, administering medication through IM, IV, SQ and oral medication, doing ECG reading, entering prescription to eclaim for approval, issuing sick leave as per physician order.
• Assisting all Spine procedures like: Intra-discalAnnuloplasty with Radiofrequency Application, epidural injection procedure, Intra-articular, nerve block (Rhizotomy) and other spine and joint procedure.
• Preparing and administering medication for all spine procedures observing aseptic techniques.
• Applied the professional code of ethics in all aspects of practice.
• Assisted in establishing/implementing goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for all operational areas of the center.
• Resolved problems, both administrative and operational (including the maintenance of hospital property, computer systems, and installed software applications), and ensured compliance to regulations and standards.
• Worked with the staff to ensure the quality patient care and services are provided from doctors, receptionist, other health care provider involved to patients and co-nurses.
