• Leading role as a coordinator with the Sales Team.
• Handle, monitors, and supervise the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Leading the process of customer response and the after sales arrangements.
• Arranging and managing payment collections for every customer.
Offer comprehensive information regarding products or services of the
company.
• Handle inquiries regarding services and availability of the personnel.
* Handle the logistic’s relevant operations.
* Manage administrative duties, office correspondence and organize the
activities of all employee records, licenses, contracts and other legal
documents.
* Handle clients’ issues and complaints.
* Monitor and manage the stocking of office machines.
* Assisting the accounts in relevant financial transactions.
* Assisting the PRO regarding legal documents (i.e. Visa Application, Contract,
Renewals).
* Liaise between departments and provide clerical support.
