• Reporting to the Facility Managers when it comes to building maintenance issues.
• To work in rotation with other reception team members, ensuring a friendly welcome to the residence, guest satisfaction and the highest standard of service at all times.
• Handle all incoming correspondence to the Health Club in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all residents, guests and staff adhere to the club rules and regulations.
• To take ownership over the daily checks and maintenance requirements of the gym equipment, building a solid working relationship with the external suppliers.
• To assist the Team Leader Receptionist in scheduling the facilities activities program, along with setting fitness challenges for the residents.
• Handle all residents & guest complaints, comments, suggestions and special requests professionally. Working to resolve them immediately or to direct them to the appropriate department.
• To handle all monies in-line with Khidmah policy.
• Responsible for updates for the daily, weekly, monthly quarterly and yearly reports.
• Responsible for updates for staff Monthly Timesheets.
•Answer telephone, screen and direct calls, take and relay messages, provide information to callers.
•General administrative and clerical support.
•Manage a dental front desk in areas of manual and computerized scheduling, billing, and dental insurance records management.
Assist the Senior Accountant in payroll related transactions such as calculations of salary, settlements, clerical and hr work related jobs.
•Receive restaurant customer, selling the chains items, executes the selling suggestions to promote new items.
•handling the Point of Sales machine in the day to day income. Trained newly hired employees
•provide to customer the highest standard of food safety and cleanliness
