Establishment Animator/Customer Service Representative

1. JOB SCOPE

• Plays roles/professions and jobs of the different establishments according to pre-established scripts, interacting with visitors and ensuring outstanding customer experience.
• Reports directly to the Establishment Coordinator.
• Works closely with the group of Kidzos Coordinators, Establishment coordinators and Events Assistant.

2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

*Role Play Management: • Guides visitors properly, answers questions, guides them through the pavilion and ensures proper protocol.
• Guides the VIP visitors appropriately and professionally.
• Ensure awareness of the operations of all establishments in all districts in order to able to rotate between districts.
• Executes the establishment's activities according to the script.
• Acts as the ambassador of Kidzania and of the Sponsor present in the establishment or role playing area at any time.
• Performs additional tasks as instructed by the Line Manager from time to time.
• Operates and process Kidzos transactions accurately.

*Data Management: • Coordinates on the daily revision of the establishment's checklists to assure the correct operative conditions and reports any anomalies to the Establishment Coordinator.
• Coordinates on the daily inventory of consumables and supplies for the establishment and reports any lack of stock

*Establishment Maintenance: • Set-up establishment with materials, accessories and uniforms prior to the opening time.
• Ensures that the assigned establishment is clean at all times.
• Provides on- the-job training to new joiners to ensure that they meet the service standards.

*Customer Service: • Deals with members of the public in a polite and courteous manner ensuring outstanding experience.
• Answers all queries in a professional manner.

*Adherence to Policies and Procedures: • Behaves in line with the Code of Conduct Policy.
• Ensures attendance in accordance with the roster.
• Acts in line with the Health, Safety and Fire Procedures.
• Adheres to the applicable company policies and procedures.
