· Head of the technical pre-sales organization for IBM's Commerce Business Unit and Safer Planet Business Unit within IBM General Marketing and Services Representative (GMSR) in Saudi Arabia. I have been driving the technical sales growth of on-premise, SaaS, and Cloud-based products such as Intelligent Operation Center, Intelligent Video Analytics, i2 Enterprise Insight Analyses, i2 Analyst Notebook, Counter Fraud, Safer Payment, Licenses Plate Recognition LPR, Websphere Commerce, Sterling Commerce and Business Solutions products, Marketing Cloud, Order Management, Tealeaf Customer Experience Management, Coremetrics Digital Analytics, Unica Campaign Management, Silverpop, Xtify, Emptoris
· Personally engage with C-Level executive client discussions around portfolio offerings.
· Ensure optimal use of all technical, services & enablement professionals and actively allocate resources to the right opportunities/activities, handling all technical aspects of the sales cycle (Presentations, Demo, Proof of Concepts, Proof of Technologies, Asset Creation, etc ...). Increased focus on customer deployments, and creating client success through repeatable industry assets.
· Work closely with the individual business unit, partners, and country leaders to drive strategic business initiatives, and to achieve IBM’s overall financial results for the country, while building a strong technical team and a pipeline of future leaders for IBM.
· Member of Operations Group responsible for Enterprise Management System (EMS) to configured three Data Processing Centers (DPC) functioning and for ensuring the availability, reliability and performance of the FDCA IT enterprise. This EMS Operations Group is responsible for providing second and third tier technical support.
· Configured alarms and faults (network, helpdesk, NOC /SOC and three Data Processing Centers “DPC”) and “work-arounds” are developed using Hyperic HQ, Tripwire, Blue coat web, Cacti, Q Radar, IBM IPS, F5 BIG IP load balancing, Altires and developed the requirements for Harris Enterprise Management System portal
· Configured new ticketing system to provide inputs to performance metrics and ensures proper reporting for senior management.
· Manage a team of 15 Network Engineer to identify, develop and deliver programs to meet the all telecommunications and support needed for uninterrupted broadcast network.
· Oversee and monitor IT services and systems including User Services (Web sense, Backup Exec, Barracuda, Cinegy, ENPS, AP Ticker, BlackBerry, Broadcast system) and Operations (Network, Servers, Back-up Systems, Anti-Virus, Security, VPN and Hardware Inventory).
· Upgraded and configured bandwidth from two T1 to DS3 to better service the company needs by breaking bandwidth to four pips and increasing user access from 2 MB to 45 MB
· Provided technical leadership for total of the secondary marketing Mortgage Back Securities (MBS) for setup, upgrade and optimization of Infrastructure, SIEM, IPS, HP Servers, Cisco routers, BlackBerry devices, IP telephony, active directory, Exchange, SQL Server, CMMS and other Media and Trading desk industry applications (Bloomberg)
· Defined IT / Information security policies & procedures.
· Implemented IT Security policies and Data & communication security plans including PGP and Safeguard easy for email and data storage encryption
Served as lead technical contact with purview over Information Technology planning, Internet strategy and planning, telecommunications, benchmarking, and full systems life-cycle management of infrastructure with reporting responsibility to senior management.
• Analysis/Design/Development of marketing agency’s portal system:
o Implemented and advising-monitoring system, calendar-schedule system, and online monitoring system used by Phone Number Management representatives for ordering numbers from governments agency for each market in all 51 states.
o The system gives them statistical data based on certain criteria like (time-date, Geographical location, and historical data).
