* Organization, reading, and quality control of architectural and structural plans and its material specifications

* Review of budget and cost management for award of subcontract items

* Preparation of Request for Quotation with high accuracy on Bid Quantities based on budget and plans to ensure high profitability and material utilization efficiency

* Conduct pre-bidding meetings for subcontractors

* Conduct project construction site visits, ocular inspection, and coordination meetings

* Evaluation of bid/sealed complete quotations and presentation of it to immediate supervisor assuring strict compliance with specifications and transparency in unit costs and bid amount, monitoring until Pre-Qualifications, Bids and Awards Committee’s approval prior to contract preparation

* Preparations of Subcontract Agreements and Amendments, contract monitoring from approvals, collation of complete attachments, submittals, and bonds up to transmittal to project site

* Evaluation of subcontractor variation order / claims according to agreed unit costs and agreement
* Preparation of costing for Design Analysis and Value Engineering

* Provision of Technical assistance for asset disposal officer in charge for demolition works

* Preparation and presentation of regression analysis for cost trends between sold scrap rebars, purchased rebars, metal works and fuels

Renovation of Multi-Purpose Court (DMCI Homes Main Office, Makati City Philippines)

* Planning and scheduling for the project

* Preparation of estimates/bill of quantities

* Awarding of Subcontract Works for court renovation from existing concrete to wood system flooring, leveling, adjustment of basketball goal’s height and access/door openings

* Implementation of construction schedule, management of subcontractors until turn over / completion

* Preparation of Rebar cutting and order lists

* Coordination with Subcontractors

* Implementation of construction schedule,
