value engineering, risk assessment, and preparation of tender submissions, ensuring competitiveness,
accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.

Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Protection and also all the necessary temporary facilities.
Checking and correcting all the Billings and accomplishments of Subcontractor and admin works.

Responsible for quality check and making sure that the rebar cutting list is viable, concrete pouring is on point
and economical for the Bored Piling Works.

In charge of checking and creating all the needed estimates and costing of all change orders, which were
the Structural, Architectural, Fire Protection, Mechanical, Electrical, Auxiliary, Plumbing and Sanitary and
also all the necessary temporary facilities
Checking and correcting all the Billings, Back charges and Cost Transfers of Subcontractor and other
projects of EEI Corporation
Checking of the IFC and Change Orders was in line with the Philippine Standards and if the updated plans
were being implemented on site by conducting site inspection and materials testing.
Preparing weekly inspection report and productivity report of the whole project to the Project Manager and
Area Manager
