Project: PLATEAU MAINTENANCE PROJECT in QATAR GAS

Work on a number of projects in civil works in pipe rack column, box culvert, cable trench, retention wall, dike wall, pit, duct banks, cable laying, installation of concrete pipe sleeves, building of Instrumental Technical Room, and Sub-Station, and erecting of concrete columns projects, which allowed me to gain experiences, in proper rigging and lifting, and applying safe working procedure. Monitoring of daily site activities by ensuring the hazard identification plans are performed on all jobs or tasks that involve potential safety risk and following the Job Safety Analysis, assist and participate in the toolbox talks Meetings and conducting hourly gas testing in site premises.
Special skills obtained to work closely in cooperation with the safety manager to eliminate and correct all unsafe practices and hazardous conditions, coordinating with all Safety Supervisors in charge and Inspectors to avoid missed communication. Implement HSE procedures and ensure compliance in accordance with requirement of Management System Standard OSHA 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004.
>Conduct tool box meeting in my people, and securing the task with attendance sheets of people.
>Conduct daily inspection in all mobile equipments, hand tools, and electrical tools.
>Reviewing the hot works and cold works permits together the supporting documents like method statement and jod safety analysis if the activities are stated in the permits, and most of all checking the permits if up to date and validated by the third part.
>Monitoring the lifting activity, and securing the perimeter the radius of the crane.
>Ensure all workers are wearing their personal protective equipments all the time.
>Assign workers to conduct housekeeping and organizing their materials in every work area.
>Ensure all chemicals must have their material safety data sheets(MSDS), and spill kit all the time.
>Conduct weekly and monthly inspection in all lifting gears, and full body harness.
>Conduct gas testing in all confined space area.
>Report all unsafe condition to the responsible engineer.
>Stop and advice worker doing unsafe action.

Project : QAFCO 05 AMMONIA OLD STORAGE TANK, Qatar

Work on tanks projects, which allowed me to gain experience, Promote safety and safe system of works all the times. Attend in a Daily and General Toolbox meeting. Attend project manager's weekly site team and client safety meetings. Implement HSE procedures and ensure compliance in accordance with requirement of Management System Standard OSHA 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004.
Special skills obtained to enlist the assistance of any or all persons necessary for accident / incident investigation and ensuring safe storage and use of hazardous materials on site strictly adhered to at the site. Control the removal of all types of Construction waste and material from site. Ensure a Job Safety Analysis is produced to accompany each Method Statement. Carry out Weekly and Monthly site Inspections of all work areas including welfare, inspection to be documented.
