• As Secretary and Receptionist, my duties and responsibilities are the following:
1. Providing the daily schedule and activities of the managers.
2. I write and prepare the correspondence for mails and memos.
3. Taking phone calls, reading mails, forwarding necessary calls and messages to concern people.
4. Taking down notes, instructions, references and other pertinent details.
• As Data Entry personnel, my duties and responsibilities are the following:
1. Collecting of production reports every production day to input into the reporting system.
2. Preparing Production report summary in daily and monthly basis.
3. Preparing and indexing files and records for production data and other important documents.
• As Office administrator, my duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Keeping on track all the production staff’s leave and vacation records.
2. Facilitating and recording staff’s attendance, tardiness and other employee related documents.
3. Filing and indexing of all important files and documents related to the company’s operations and transactions.
• As Sales personnel, my duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Attending to the walk-in customers in the showroom, providing details about our products.
