1. Answers directly to Marketing and Strategic Planning Director.
2. Works in collaboration with Marketing and Strategic Planning Manager and Sales and Logistics Manager.
3. Arrange business travel itinerary, from tickets, to hotels, meeting venue and agenda, and meeting participants from both parties.
4. Arrange internal and external meetings. Facilitates gateposts for industrial area for non-JIC visitors.
5. Contact client’s for meeting follow ups during GPCA, ACI and CESIO.
6. Monitors division’s attendance, overtime and time contribution according to project involvement.
7. Carries out division’s staff leaves (annual, sick or emergency) and processed it in HR.
8. Creates management approval note for travel and meeting expenses.
9. Take minutes of the meeting.
10. Performs personal tasks for executives like the Director’s medical appointments etc.

12. To analyze potential strategic partner relationships for product lines.
13. To demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
14. To build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on delivery to customers, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
15. Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
16. Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
17. Responsible in the deployment of Filipinos to be supplied in Petrochemical clients in Jubail, KSA.
18. Responsible for training hired employees to fit in their position once absorbed by the client.
19. Responsible in the timesheet collection, salary and compensation computation and payroll.

In this company, I only applied as a Sales Executive, but since I have been assigned in their new market I have taken part in research and marketing. This is a company that deals with exporting used cars from Japan going to different countries around the globe. We know for a fact that cars from Japan are right hand drive, but the company decided to expand and that’s the reason why we were the once to start the research and marketing for the Left hand drive cars. Now we are getting the left hand drive cars from Korea and USA. We started with just 3 heads in the team researching for the best logistics for our cars, researching for the top countries importing used cars from Korea and USA, calling the chamber of commerce to ask for the list of the car importers in their countries and making data analysis to decide which car we are to buy for stocks.
Duties include:
1. Research
2. Marketing
3. Data analysis
4. Submits report in an everyday basis
5. Submits report in a weekly basis
6. Advanced knowledge in MS Excel, Office, Power point and HTML for advertising and marketing
7. Creates Cost benefit analysis for clients
8. Selling of used cars in bulk to car dealers
9. Process the import and export of used cars
