Creates design proposal, schedule and documents (Business proposal, Pre/Concept review, Design review, Virtual review and Cost issues).
Creates planning drawing with the complete details using CAD software that includes the study of the following.
Verification of overlap and tolerance calculation.
Strength, Noise, FM, Distortion, Reflection, Visibility and Structure verification.
Creates molded parts, assembly and jig drawings with complete details, tolerance, notes and GDT.
Performs testing, evaluation and countermeasure.
Performs on-site verification of the product.
Performs Engineering improvement with complete verification documents.
Evaluate product based on performance after testing, then creates countermeasure afterwards.
Performs quality improvement on Actual sample (Strength, Heat, Noise and Illumination).
Manage consigned work in terms of drawing requirements, testing requirements, schedules and staff.
Coordinate with other departments (PE, PC, QA, etc.) for transactions concerning product.
Communicate with other overseas engineers.
Responsible for problem recurrence prevention strategy and create countermeasure/s to solve the work problem.
Direct staff in all activities related to cost-reduction measures.
Perform engineering improvement activities.
Perform benchmarking activity and provide detailed reports.
Provide support overseas through short-term expatriation (Japan, Thailand and USA).

Creates design guidelines, manuals, check sheets and procedures.
Creates documents related to ISO.
Conducts weekly quality improvement meeting
in
