• Develop the department strategic plan which determine the objectives for Nursing Survives and ensures they are consistent with the mission and vision of Al Tadawi Medical Center strategic plan.

•Provides professional, efficient leadership, and clinical expertise to all staff in Nursing Department.
•Plans and implements a strategic framework for the continuity development of nursing and its practice to meet the anticipated requirements, and ensure the provision of the best quality patient care within the available resources.
•Organizes and directs the work of Nursing Units and programs; coordinates staff to assure that effective nursing services are provided, and quality standards are met. Staffing consists of Registered Nurses and Assistant Nurses and other healthcare providers as needed. A multidisciplinary team approach to care is utilized.
•Supervises and participates in the provision of general nursing care.
•Supervises admissions, conducts assessment of patient’s needs, and initiates nursing care plans.
•Develop and maintain an environment that supports the professional nurse and staff and implementation of relevant quality management and certification systems.
•Responsible for cabin crew and pilots medical License correspondent with GCAA.
•Respond Ensure department activities, service and records are in adherence to MOH and GCAA rules and various licensing and regulatory requirements, maintains clinical skill and knowledge necessary to set standard and work in clinical areas of nursing.
