- Calculation for Voltage Drop, Breaker and Cable Size.

- Responsible for Preparing of Technical Submittals for approvals.
- Attending Coordination meeting with Client, main Contractor and other Sub-contractors.
- Responsible for Preparing of Bill of Quantity, and material take off for the New Project and for Variations.

Using Autocad or Revit Software I'm Responsible in the Preparation of Design drawing, Shop Drawing, Installation Details, Section Details, Coordination Drawing & As-Built Drawing (listed below) on MEP Fit out Works for Luxury Villa’s, Boutique, Showrooms, Restaurants, Apartments, Gym’s, Offices Etc… Do Site Visit / Inspections, Attending Coordination Meeting with Client, Consultant and other Contractors.

Fire alarm & Fire Fighting System
ELV System (Telephone & Data, CCTV, Public Address & BGM System).
