- Responsible for Preparing Design drawing, Shop Drawing, Standard Details
- Responsible for Preparing Db Schedule & Single line Diagram
- Calculation for Voltage Drop, Breaker and Cable Size.
- Coordinate with Other System or Discipline for Clashing or other Requirements
- Responsible for Preparing of Technical Submittals for approvals.
- Attending Coordination meeting with Client, main Contractor and other Sub-contractors.
- Responsible for Preparing of Bill of Quantity, and material take off for the New Project and for Variations.
Job Specification:
Using Autocad or Revit Software I'm Responsible in the Preparation of Design drawing, Shop Drawing, Installation Details, Section Details, Coordination Drawing & As-Built Drawing (listed below) on MEP Fit out Works for Luxury Villa’s, Boutique, Showrooms, Restaurants, Apartments, Gym’s, Offices Etc… Do Site Visit / Inspections, Attending Coordination Meeting with Client, Consultant and other Contractors.

LV & MV Power Layout
DB Schedule & Single line Diagram
Fire alarm & Fire Fighting System
ELV System (Telephone & Data, CCTV, Public Address & BGM System).
Anti-Theft & Access Control System
Earthing & Lightning Protection System
Reflected Ceiling & External Coordination
HVAC System Drawing
Plumbing & Drainage System
Designing MEP System such as:
* Lighting Layout Including Calcuation Thru DIALUX
Software
* Power Layout, Schematic Diagram. Db schedules
* Fire Alarm Syatem
* Access Control System
* Telephone & Computer System
* CCTV System
