 Support Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor; acts in his absence, inclusive of Contractor Callouts, Work Order Allocation, Material Requisitions, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling.
 Executes mechanical activities on-site as directed including:
 All planned maintenance tasks (scheduled & emergent) relevant to rotating and ancillary equipment and emergency tasks.
 Permitting compliance with safety requirements and liaison and coordination with other Departments as required.
 Ensures equipment, materials and tools are on-hand for work execution. Reports resources and time utilized, job scope expansion, rework or deferred maintenance as required; also keeping all tasks & activities logged and up-dated.
 Implementation of routine PM checks including vibration & temperature inspections on designated rotating equipment and ensuring logging or recording of all readings; includes preliminary assessment and reportage on as found conditions.
 Repairs to other static equipment as required - valves, pipe-work, pressure vessels and tanks and such-like.
 Supervises On-site Contractor work execution inclusive of crane rigging and lifting operations as designated

o Technician in- charge of all plant support utilities e.g. power, steam, water supply, centralized compressed air, vacuum and nitrogen system, etc., to assure the continuous production operation of the cannery complex and other outside facilities such as Kalsangi Club House, Fresh Pineapple Packing Plant, etc.
o Troubleshoot and perform Electrical/Mechanical repair of utilities equipment such as air compressors, refrigerated and desiccant air-dryer, vacuum pumps, water tube boilers, water pumps, nitrogen generators, generator sets, etc.

o Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.

o Attend and participate in personnel meetings, safety meetings, and related activities; attend workshops, conferences, and classes to increase knowledge; serve on committees as assigned.

o Perform scheduled preventative maintenance service and/or repairs of compressed air system and/ or accessories.

o Perform technical skills including but not limited to, mechanical, electrical.

o Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of compressed air systems and/or accessories both during normal working hours and after-hours, weekends, and holidays as directed.

o Read and interpret operational manuals, electrical schematics, general compressed air equipment literature, and work orders to perform required maintenance and/or repairs.

o Troubleshoot and repair of electrical machineries such as conveyors, fruit elevators, presses, seamers, various pumps such as hydraulic pump, palletizers, cooker and coolers, etc. to maintain the operability of production lines and equipment in an operational state.

o Electric motor rewinding from fractional to bigger size (single phase & three phase)

o Install, replace and repair lighting fixtures and electrical control and distribution equipment, as switches, relays, variable speed drives and circuit breaker panels.

o Place conduit (pipes or tubing) inside designated partitions, walls, or other concealed areas and pull insulated wires or cables through the conduit to complete circuits between boxes.

o Technician in-charge to operate, troubleshoot, repair and maintain of Glycol & Water Chillers, Cold Storage, Rapid Coolers, IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) /Tunnel Freezer using Two - Stage Ammonia System, reefer vans and other types of domestic & industrial refrigeration/air-conditioning units used in food production.

o Prepares documentation (e.g. records of refrigerants, paperwork, logs, time and materials, specifications, etc.) for the purpose of providing written support in compliance with regulations and/or conveying information.

o Installs heating/air conditioning/refrigeration equipment and systems for the purpose of providing comfort inside facilities.

o Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment.

o Repair, maintain and installation of CARRIER, CONDURA, KOPPEL and MC QUAY brand of appliances such as window type, split type (floor mounted, wall mounted, ceiling mounted) air-conditioning unit, freezer, washing machine, etc.

o Troubleshoot and repair of mobile air-conditioning unit.

o Car tinting and car accessories installation.
