• Monitor and evaluate each employee's performance and allocate responsibilities
• Delegate responsibilities to staff, hiring and training employees, creating schedules
• Assigned in different areas of the store
• Setting weekly sales goals and objectives and implementing strategies
• Involves in all aspects of inventory; Appropriately handling and storing of the received goods and supplies
• Applied knowledge in different electronics, softwares, digital materials and equipments. Assist customers, explain the uses, manuals, instructions and compositions of each items.
• Sorting the goods and merchandise and assign relevant price tags and labels
• Organizing the merchandise on the store shelves
• Ensuring cleanliness and order in the storeroom
• Reporting discrepancies such as loss and damages
• Ensuring that the goods are replenish on the same floor before the opening of the store
• Authorize returns and refunds, deal with general customer complaints and help customers enjoy their experience in the store
