Project initiation, design, safety risk assessment, costing/budgeting, execution, material inspection, monitoring, supervision, testing and commissioning of Industrial cryogenic liquid/gas supply system to customer site which includes storage tanks, vaporizers, cylinders bundles, gas manifold and distribution pipe network for above ground pipelines and underground pipelines.
Provide cost effective solution on equipment/materials selection by making sure all equipment to be supplied and installed shall conform as per Air Liquide and international gas standard.
Projects Handled and Involve:
• Main layout design, conceptualization and initial construction for Air Liquide’s first Automated modular cylinder filling plant in UAE, developing 5000Sq.meters lot area located in ICAD 3 Abu Dhabi, that caters industrial gas Oxygen, Argon, CO2, Nitrogen cylinder supplies for Abu Dhabi client zone.
• Pipeline design, storage tanks equipment sizing, costing, project execution and commissioning for CIC/ IMCC group, ICAD 3, Abu Dhabi. Supplying Oxygen, Argon, CO2, Propane gas supply thru 1km distribution pipeline per gas requirement.
• Successfully completed the project for two Lamprell Energy sites in Sharja, Hamriya and Khalid Port, making the design of underground distribution pipeline system/layouts, installation supervision, piping cleaning purging and commissioning of 3” x 2.5 KM per gas line with cathodic protection as well as Installation, commissioning of storage tanks, vaporizer and manifold for Oxygen, Argon, CO2, Propane supply system complete with cold embrittlement protection and automatic shut off action in case of emergency.
• Successfully completed more than 30 installation and sell off projects from year 2013 to 2016 for clients like Hitachi Engineering, Saipem, Mcdermott, Lamprell, United steel, etc and involve in more than 120 projects from year 2011 to 2016 by providing support for making system diagrams and layouts.
• Submitted more than 130 project proposals from year 2013 to 2016 from clients within UAE and involve in more than 400 proposals since year 2011 to 2016 by providing support for system diagrams and layouts.
Prepare and develop project design and shop drawings using Auto-cad, which include architectural/mechanical plant layouts, cryogenic piping system, industrial gas supply system manifold, automatic/manual cylinder filling facility, cylinder racks/pallets, process and instrument diagrams.

• Guardian float glass, RAK 57 Tons per day Air Separation Plant and Hydrogen Plant Construction.
• Al Ghurair Iron & Steel, Abu Dhabi, Nitrogen Plant and Hydrogen Plant construction.
• Various customer gas supply systems and pipe network in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharja, UAE
Work as part of a team to ensure all equipment & system under responsibility are properly maintained which includes compressed air system and HVAC system such as, refrigeration compressors, chilled water system, cooling towers, recirculation pumps, air handling units, split type and package type air conditioning units and other related equipments.
Implement Total Productive Maintenance program on all facility equipment/ systems, which includes planning, scheduling, preparation of pre-test planning and job hazard analysis.
Conducts diagnosis of mechanical/electrical system and performs repair when necessary, up to testing and commissioning.
Recommend and initiate solution to conditions affecting normal equipment maintenance, as well improvement and optimization.
