- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.

- Assembles and complies fairly complex and confidential information or data and describes contents in a written report.
- Reports any observable unprofessional or improper action from Housekeeping staff or porters to the supervisors of the concerned departments that reflect on the quality of service and the hospital's image.
- Develops and recommends strategic and operational plan for Patients' Relations Office.
Ensures a safe environment of care for all patients, families and guests.
- Supports accreditation planning and preparation efforts for the achievement of the goals of Hospital.
