Worked as Manager Production & Technical and responsible for production, quality control, maintenance, stores & safety of plant assets. The staff of eight peoples and forty five labors reporting to me and myself reporting to director and senior manager factories.
Key responsibilities:-
Responsible for handling the production of Aerosol spray paint factory, can factory and injection molding.
Planning of production to meet the local and export market, based on the priorities & instructions given by marketing.
Monitoring of production machine wise, shift wise, daily basis to meet weekly and monthly target.
Responsible for product development as per the customer requirements and directed by the management.
Reviewing and analyzing the test results in order to locate inconsistencies, malfunctions or opportunities for improvements.
Planning of raw material, packing material as per the production requirement
Monitor and review of raw material & packing material inflow and outflow with stores and purchasing.
Planning of maintenance activities with maintenance team.
Planning of deliveries by coordinating with logistic and other plants. .
Monitoring of material usage and wastage.
Monitoring of machine down time and break down root cause analysis.
Guide and trained production, quality and maintenance team to track, monitor and achieve key performance indicators.
Monitoring of individual performance of supervisors, Store Keepers, operators, helpers and maintenance team
Preparation of daily production report, monthly production reports, monthly raw material and packing material wastage report.
Coordinating with logistics for import clearance to avoid the demurrages.

Worked as senior officer manufacturing in Industrial auto paints section. I was directly reporting to section head and seventeen skilled and unskilled labors reporting to me. I was responsible for shop floor operation like premixing, grinding, thinning, color matching, process parameters testing and trouble shooting for auto paint batches for the customers like Maruti Udyog Ltd, Tata motors, Bajaj Auto, Toyota motors, General motors, Hero Honda, LML and Ford.
