Receive all incoming calls in a friendly and courteous manner and connect the same promptly and efficiently
Ensure that all calls are attended within three rings.
Attends all guest requests. .
Take wake up calls and execute the same in an accurate and prompt manner.
Ensure a clean; tidy and organized work area at all time.
