Smart Sell and Ghibli Database management .
Responsible for driving site merchandising, product planning, and delivering the online sales goals for the relevant categories. Works cross functionally to drive overall online business results which includes both financial metrics and online customer specific metrics. Enhance the overall product experience on the web site with a focus on onsite search, sorting rules, product placement, page/product content.
A) As MIS / Data Analyst: -
Analysis of MIS for Ecommerce division consisting of 3 regions.
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Data mining and analysis and give qualitative recommendations for decision making to help drive operational/financial performance.
Real time tracking and analyzing of website performance and making merchandising changes
Modeling, analyzing and visualizing business data in BI & Statistical tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, OBIEE).
Database management & reporting skills in Ms. Access and Oracle SQL/T-SQL.
Expert skills in Microsoft Excel, VBA Macros/programming and related BI tools (Power Query, Power Pivot, Power View).
Expert in generation of various reports (Customized, Ad-hoc, Planned), reporting standardization and automation, creating dynamic dashboards, charts, models, forecasting and budgetary templates.
Preparation of monthly Executive committee & board presentations
Review of annual Ecommerce budgets and business plan with impact analysis
Preparation of business forecast at group level on basis of past trends, market forecast with different financial models
Regular monitoring of budgets against actual top-line performance, Overheads & Capex spend

B) As Online Merchandiser: -
Develop merchandising strategy and operational plans based on customer insights, brand strategy, e-commerce goals and initiatives to achieve substantial uplifts in revenue, site conversion and average order size, improve user experience, and enhance product discovery and content.
Competitor price analysis to design online offers, discounts for customer, exclusive promotion, bundle offers, daily price deals.
Work flexibly across projects taking ownership of specified deliverables in support of the overall merchandising strategy ensuring milestones are met on time and to specified standards.
Online sales budgeting and forecasting for all events and promotions.
Accountable for the effective management of the Product Life Cycle, including new product launches, end of life products and product substitution process.
Working closely with the Brand Team(s), Category Manager(s), and eCommerce Manager to define, agree and execute sales and promotional plans.
Constantly monitor site Search and navigation on the site(s) making sure that is fully optimized and make suggestions and implement these to improve the customer journey whilst understanding the commercial impact of these changes.
Responsible for the effective management of online inventory and ranges.
Regular tracking of order / control and reduce returns and cancellations
Generating weekly, monthly and quarterly recaps that analyze the category’s performance compared to the prior year and to planned performance which will be a key component for making future business decision.
Responsible for attendance and over time processing.
Maintaining personal records of employees.
Preparation of Salary Certificates, Experience Letter, Relieving Letters etc.
Maintaining leave records and handling quires of employee with regards to leave entitlement / balance.
Accurately prepare payroll of 1300 employees.
Compute cost estimate on annual salary increments as per the Annual performance rating.
Filling on-line Hay group survey forms.
Compute and analyze the air ticket data from the travel agencies in order to prepare the proposal to obtain Management approval on annual ticket disbursement.
Assist employees with payroll related questions and discrepancies.
Currently working on Ramco e.Application (HRMS).
Preparing of Annual Manpower Budget.
Monthly submission of actual vs budgeted manpower report.
Effectively generate Personnel Reports, Payroll Reports, MIS Reports and Special Reports as per the management requirement using HR computerized system.
Providing reports for Group Insurance, GHC, Dubai & Abu Dhabi Government survey.
To ensure on smooth Payroll, Compliance audit, have handled audit queries as well.
Verifying PRF against the annual manpower budget and assisting recruitment team in preparing the offer letters.
Keeping employee personnel records in excellent order and ensure confidentiality of these records.
Making all arrangement pertinent to health and life insurance as per the company policy.
