• To work closely with school counselor and coordinators to oversee academic, behavioural, psychological development of children in the school.
• To effectively utilize the skill and availability of Eyfs assistant to run school function smoothly.
• To engage parents in a constructive dialogue with respect to discipline, academic progress, behavioural issues and complaints from either party.
To ensure the safety of children all the time and guide staff how to respond to emergency situations e.g. information to school admin office, clinic, parents etc.
• To ensure that weekly plans for parents are uploaded on school website/portal by Wednesday latest.
