MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Do the maintenance & repair of equipments such as mechanical, hydraulic & electrical system of Deutz, Perkins and Cummins engine.
•Inspect, diagnose, certify, troubleshoot and repair diesel, hydraulic, electrical and mechanical equipment such as Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, and Fork lift.
•Dismantles, adjusts, repairs, and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings. Performs test and diagnose equipments by the use of hydraulic pressure gauge and tester.
•Follow the safety rules, instructions and procedures set by the manufacturers at all time.
•Load and unload containerize equipment such as boom lifts, and scissors lifts
•Train the machine operator regarding the proper operation and handling of the equipment and its safety.
•Render service to the equipments rented to prevent issues when in use and at jobsite.

•Genie (models :Boom Z-45/22, Z-45/25, Z80/60 Z60, S40, S45, S60, S65, S80, S85, Z30/20N, GS-1530, GS-1930, S120, S125)
•JLG (models 600A, 600AJ, 800A, 800AJ, 500RTS, 450A, 450AJ
•Fork lift (handlers with telescopic boom GTH 3713, 3512 Telelift)

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides technical instruction to production specialist on the proper operation, daily maintenance, and safety of the equipment.
• Provides technical judgment on equipments and process operating status.
• Performs the analysis of abnormal condition of equipment and its process, select and implement the correct restoration method.
• Does the qualification and buyoff of new equipment as well as the in-house equipment qualifications.
• Enhances the maintainability of equipment and shortens repair and restoration time.
• Make use of engineering & new technology to diagnose equipment and standardize it.
• Enhances the reliability, extends the life and suppress failure of parts and equipment.
• Pursues economy in the above activities and optimize them.
• Performs other job-related tasks as required by the Area Facilitator.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for performing electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipments used in the manufacturing process.
• Dismantles, adjusts, repairs, and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings.
• Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required. Perform equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing Engineer.
