Monitors and performs the punch walk downs at different stages of the project completion and maintaining punch list items data integrity in PetroPCS, a tracking tool.
Verifies the legitimacy of punch list items, in consultation with Company, before they are entered in PetroPCS, categorizing them in accordance with their degree of impact on HSSE, equipment integrity, and subsequent scheduled activities, and then issuing regular status reports to the site team throughout the various phases of the project.
Coordinates with Company representative for reclassification of points at each stage of the project completion.
Responsible for the overall management of the punch list database, punch list form and filing in dedicated punch list dossiers.
Responsible for managing on a day-to-day basis the liquidation of punch list items.
Reviews customer requirements and decompose them to detailed and derived requirements
Prepares Technical Specifications for the mechanical equipment design, fabrication, procurement, etc.
Sketches conceptual design, transferring ideas to the designers for development of mechanical drawings
Performs trade studies
Prepares mechanical layouts and packaging design by the use of CAD software as Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD
Performs designs and mechanical analyses through calculations, basic to Mechanical Engineering
Checking mechanical drawings, calculations, sketches, etc. for the project
Actively participates in Lean and 6S initiatives
Performs circuit analysis, write technical papers describing system hardware, major functions, theory of operation, internal system data flow, as well as interface control documentations
Methodically troubleshoots and repairs system faults down to the component level
Interacts in a team environment with a diverse technical work force
Co-ordinates all mechanical drawings carried out from the project site.
From blank drawings prepares M&E design drawings for presentation to clients approval.
Assists where ever possible with the design of the M&E layout.
Prepares as fitted drawings to be included with the O & M manual for handing over to the client.
Diagnose reasons of breakdown of drill pipe equipment and carries out necessary repairs in very short time.
Monitors the checking and repairs of the motors in the event of breakdown.
Develops CAD detail drawings for manufacture, fabrication, and assembly of drill pipes and machine parts.
Commissions onsite equipment and performs site surveys of existing installations.
Ensures project deliverables are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Drafts plans and drawings for layout, construction, and operation of pipeline systems from field notes, rough or detailed sketches, and specifications.
Supervises the fabrications of machine parts and tools in accordance with the approved specifications.
Oversees and monitors the repairs and maintenance of tools and machine parts.
Ensures that all machines are maintained in good working condition and all worn-out parts are replaced.
Drafts CAD detailed drawings of parts of machines or structures from rough or general design drawings.
Shows dimensions, material to be used, and other information necessary to make detailed drawing clear and complete.
Prepares detailed CAD working diagrams of machinery and mechanical devices, including dimensions, fastening methods, and other engineering information.
In charge of assigning, directing, & inspecting the work updates on the prototype.
Examines and inspects materials and finished parts and products for defects and wear and to ensure conformance with work orders, diagrams, blueprints, and template specifications.
