# To assist the Production Supervisor in ordering and pursuing orders with plant input suppliers, seeking explanation from Power Company in the event problems arise.
# To receive, store and ensure adequate monitoring of the supplies for production. Ensure supplies are replenished in good time.
# To be directly responsible for supervising the cleanliness of the plant area, equipment and machinery.

● Fully committed on lean Manufacturing Conversion Cost (MCC) to maximize on profitability.
● Pro actively focus on Opportunity within the organization and through Continuous Improvement project work towards achieving set SMART goals.
• Follow-up on the maintenance PPM adherence schedule and escalate challenges leading to unpredicted breakdowns.
● Ensure major KPI on the shop floor are achieved - this through line tours with a purpose. During Line tour I ensure LOTO is applied where necessary, Manufacturing Schedule to adherence us Observed, Quality is not compromised in any way.
• Coordinated interactive discussion of Production associates and Engineering team to pick up necessary issues for escalation incase of complexity or financial assistance.
● Carry out food safety audit having been trained as a lead auditor on ISO 22000.
● Coordinate GHP/GMP Revamp and kick a 5's training for the implementation on the floor.
• Follow-up on the implementation of the Capital Projects by involving the stakeholders for the smooth accomplishments.
● Carry out Ingredients, Packaging material and Work in progress inventory through physically means and inputting the figures in the system SAP for difference to be cleared by the finance team.
● Analysis inventory difference above the set target - know the root cause and come up with the model corrective measures to eliminate the re occurrence.
• Report on near miss incidences and real incidences, form a multitasking team to carry out Plan-Do-Correct-Act (PDCA)
● Request for the SAP rights to the newly employed associates from the regional IT desk and train them on necessary transaction since I have extensive knowledge on the SAP system having been trained as a Power User.
