•Creating and developing HSE Policies. This includes existing activities plus new acquisitions or process.
•Promotion of positive HSE culture. This includes helping departmental heads to see effective HSE policies are being implemented.
•HSE planning, this include goal setting, deciding priorities and establishing adequate systems and performance standards, short and long term objectives need to be realized.
•Annually Evaluate the HSE performance within the organizations.
•Implementation monitoring of polices and plans. This will include accident and incident investigation, reporting and analysis.
•Performance review and audit of the entire HSE Management System.
•Focal point for AMOSCO for procure/processing of Offshore safety permit (OSP) at Department of Petroleum Resources Nigeria(DPR) / West Atlantic Energy Nigeria Limited for the company
•Assist contract/commercial teams infilling of contractor ( AMOSCO) prequalification HSE questioner during bidding process for the Company
•Proper documentation of personnel (offshore documents-Bosiet, Medical , OSP, CAB-BS certificates ) and transmission to clients before mobilization to fields
•Liaising with government agencies on behalf Amosco (on regulations and permits)
Engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI) UBIT Revamp Program Project(RPP) For Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited (PLATFORMS)

•Involvement in development of Risk assessment for mobilization Personnel /Equipment to offshore
•Management of all subcontractors involved in the project HSE wise.
•Involvement in development of JSA for onshore fabrication and successful Site Supervision
•Supervised 6 HSE supervisors
•Using management concepts and principles including goal setting, planning and execution to improve the project objective.
•Review emergency response project plan and implementation.
•Accountable for the supervision the administrating and record keeping on area specific
•HSE audits, inspections, reports, certifications, permits etc.
•Planning kick-off meetings for all tasks.
•Review Subcontractors task specific Procedures, Environmental, Waste and JSA Plans.
•Conducts HSE audits and inspections.
