programs.
6. Evaluates effectiveness of training and development programs and utilizes relevant evaluation
data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods.
7. Assists in analyzing and assessing training and development needs for staff and Hotel
departments.
8. Coordinates and conducts Standard Review for all Department Training Coordinators.
9. Coordinates and conducts Employee Performance and Development Evaluation.
10. Review instructor's performance and recommends improvement to program content and trainer's presentation methods, and also recruits, selects, and trains the trainer.
11. Perform organizational development interventions including strategic planning, group
facilitation, team building, and systems' analysis; also coordinates and facilitates career
development programs for staff.
12. Provides input and assists in the planning, assessment, and implementation of over-all
department goals and objectives.
13. Performs other job related duties as assigned.
