Paying bills such as DEWA, ETISALAT, DU phone and internet bills
To greet welcome guest with smile and ask if they have an appointment to agents or director as well as serve them for something to drink.

Act as a driver and merchandiser
Responsible of delivery of our products and display and organize them in the shelves or gondola
Communicate to the supervisor or agent in buying and selling our products
Suggest to the owner our products which has a promo
Making daily sales report for the past moving and slow moving products
Weekly inventory of the products
Cleaning and organize the area in order the products looks nice and attracted
Putting some banners of our products in some parts of the road so that people can recognize the products

Making some different type of display in the shelves

STOREKEEPER CUM PRO
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible in receiving shipments of spa products, teas from freight forwarders.
Manually checking the received products for the discrepancies, damages, and expiry dates.
Take photos on damage items, missing items, near to expire and make report and send it to purchasing department for there report to supplier.
Responsible on inventory of the products and input in the system.
Report items low on stock and old products promo products to purchasing department and training managers.
Always using the first in first out method to avoid the expired products on stockroom.
Merchandise Products in there proper places.
Responsible on preparing products ordered by clients local and overseas.
Re check and triple check prepared products to avoid mistakes in delivery.
Responsible on delivery of the products to clients.
Contacting freight forwarders on shipping the ordered products by the clients overseas.
Responsible on shipping the ordered products.
Merchandise products on the shelves of clients.
Collecting cheques payments of the clients.
Processing Employment Visa, Typing, Medical, Residence visa, renewing the Trade License, Chamber of commerce and PRO card/Authorization card.
