Designation: ASSISTANT MANAGER Responsibilities ❖ All the schedules for the staff done correctly up to standard ❖ Attending the managers weekly meeting from our operation manager for any communication about operation ❖ Conducting my weekly meeting with Head chef and Supervisor to communicate about our previous week performance ❖ During inventory to be always present to make sure the inventory intake are correctly done ❖ Making sure all the daily wastage are done correctly and recorded on the system ❖ Maintaining the standards and the target of (COGS) calculation Coast Of good Sold that has been given to the restaurant ❖ Making sure our (PnL) Profit and Loss are not crossing up upon our given budget ❖ Food deliveries that are received in the kitchen are good quality as the same quantity it was ordered ❖ All the invoice for the goods that are received to be checked well and recorded well ❖ All the vacation planning and Pubic holydays planned and recorded on the attendance tracker ❖ All the trade license in the restaurant always up to date without any expiry ❖ All Dubai Municipality Paper work done correctly and filed correctly in case of any inspection (communication with team) ❖ Conducting my weekly Audit just make sure all are up to standard ❖ Always to award the best staff performance by giving little incentives to always motivate the team
