Set and implement the marketing plan of the company.
Set BD targets and define strategy to achieve these targets and to follow the set strategy punctually.
Manage the proposal development process and maintain the time-lines for the proposal teams.
Participate in the direct firm’s overall marketing and strategic planning programs, and corporate communications. Facilitate client development through marketing and client services programs.
Prepare technical files of tenders and prepare the mark-ups sheets of the company.
Participate in overall business development activities including: introduction letters, tendering process, target hunting, registrations, …etc
Oversee corporate communications activities through Communications Coordinator; external communications and systems, internal communications and system, public relations efforts, external vendors and consultants.
Supervise the development and administration of marketing database which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, etc.
Responsible for full updating of marketing materials;
Oversee firm’s electronic marketing efforts including supervision of Web site design and maintenance, marketing materials, flyers….etc
Responsible for all PR activities; press, Exhibitions, conferences…..etc
Participate in the Organization and implementation of client networking
Participate in building the BD team and department
Tailor made programs for training site engineers for a Mega construction company in the MENA region.
Copy writes corporate content for marketing materials.
Branding campaign for Modern Home Real Estate experts ( the campaign included website development, brochures, and branches branding).
Building company image of Al-Afyaal Landscape consultant ( the tasks included website, brochures, newsletter)
Business plan for opening new market for BLI training in Bahrain. (the plan included financial figures and cash flow forecast).
Consultant for number of NGO to fundraise their activities, including preparing marketing plans for their current and future programs.
Responsible for the corporate campaign of the company including press, TV production commercials and exhibitions.
Preparing briefs for advertising agencies to identify the product features and our advertising needs, also managing day to day activities of the agencies.
Preparing reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text.
