• Maintain HR policies & procedure
• Follows the probation period of new personnel and follows and sends the probation period surveys to the related managers.
• Organize and expedite workflow through department so as to comply with deadlines and priorities
• Responsible for company recruitments as well as creation of job descriptions together with the management according to headcount plan. Ensure optimal and efficient use and development/optimization of recruitment tools, recruitment channels and process. .
• Ensure a motivational climate in the organization, including adequate opportunities for career growth and development.
