- Design, maintain, analyze and review the effectiveness and the quality of Faculty of Dentistry webpages;
- Monitor, improve and update performance of Faculty of Dentistry webpages, including checking hyperlinks regularly to insure validity and integrity;
- Maintain a responsive webpages including graphics, editing, creating layouts, events calendar and regularly reviewing and updating content and optimizes information and web architecture for navigability;
- Provide accessibility of the Faculty of Dentistry webpages content in a way that ensures the consistency of the web site's look and feel;
- Typing, formatting, attaching relevant documentation, dispatching communication in English and Arabic, maintain, convert, optimize and update published documents for online use;
- Work with BAU Scheduling System and Banner and query databases for ad-hoc reports;
- Collaborate with different departments and faculties including IT, HR and registrar’s office regarding best practices and student support;
- Serves as a help desk for Faculty of Dentistry community;
- Assist the registrar with daily office responsibilities and keep him regularly informed of activities within the department;
- Submit, organize and maintain files in storage facility and respond to information enquiries;
- Provide advice and guidance to staff and students dealing with queries, investigating and resolving any problem arising from this service provision area;

- Assist with the processing and monitoring of examination papers. Ensure that examination papers are produced and completed in accordance with the faculty timetable and at a level of quality that meets university standards;
- Assist with the scheduling of classrooms and issue final class schedules;
- Assist in and carry out the compiling of data and preparation of annual and research reports;
- Oversee and assist in the issuance of official grade reports to students and disseminate it to faculty and staff as necessary;
- Initiates, processes, monitors, reviews and follows-up on actions related to the administration of the unit's human resource activities, e.g., part-timer hours;
- Completing paper work for events;
- Other administrative and technical services as delegated by superiors.
