1-Provide general administrative and clerical support including filing, mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to the CFO and the finance team .
2-Assist in resolving any problems to finance team.
3-Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments for the CFO and the whole team .
4-Responsible for the CFO office through taking calls and messages accordingly while he is out of the office.
5-Making sure to close each month within 5 working days by sending a follow up e-mails to each one with the requested tasks and reports.
6-Implementing the departments' policies and the instructions and orders of the CFO .
7-Supporting and helping the banks department by doing the bank transfer documents and any letters.
8-supporting any of the finance departments in achieving tasks and helping in create a healthy and professional work environment.
Welcome and greet members and direct them to the right department.
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Responsible for booking system for all the activities and sports in the premises.
Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member
Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference
telephone calls
Make preparations for Band Council and committee meetings
Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
Respond to public inquiries
Provide word-processing and secretarial support
Type confidential documents on a word processing system
