Working Children Protection Project
Terre des Hommes is the leading Swiss organization for children’s aid. Through our health, protection and emergency relief programmes, we provide assistance to over three million children and their families in more than 45 countries each year
Main rolls :
1. Providing support to the education officials of the NGOs and their affiliated schools in the project of protecting children working in Damietta.
2. Preparing, developing and following up the work plans and the method of implementing the activities implemented within the schools.
3. Design programs to discover learning disabilities and how to treat them or turn them into specialists and train teachers in schools to discover and deal with them.
4. Providing technical support to the associations work team to ensure technical quality in the planning and implementation processes
5. Communicating with the educational leaders in the governorate
6. Supporting collaboration between schools and surrounding communities and involving parents in educating their children
7. Providing technical support to targeted school staff as planned
8. Following up the reinforcement classes and designing a monitoring and evaluation system
9. Following up the implementation of the activities of the creative drama program within the target schools and through the team of partner associations
10. Organizing and preparing training kits for teacher-oriented workshops in targeted schools
11. Monitor the performance of employees in the target associations and provide guidance and technical support through training and meetings
12. Providing the Project Manager with technical information and data for the preparation of reports and documents on project progress rates
13. Documentation of experiences and successful attempts in the practices of the teams of partner associations
14. Active Learning Methods training design
