•Establish and maintain an active relationship with our main bookers to increase customer satisfaction
•Ensure that all incoming requests are handled jointly with the concerned Sales Person and as per the Rotana Standards including an active follow up on sent offers
•Prepare monthly Wedding& event forecast and seasonal Selling Strategies
•Handle all incoming group & banquet leads generated, jointly with the concerned sales division including all communication, negotiation and contracting required
•Plan and perform a minimum of 3 sales calls per week
•Build strong relationship with client via sales calls, networking events and entertainment
•Supervise and assist with Banquet Operations before, during and after events and assure Guest satisfaction throughout the event
•Manages day-to-day client activities, including research, planning, implementation and evaluation of public relations activities, and paying careful attention to budgets, resources, deadlines and client records
•Maintains close and frequent contact with clients, and strengthens rapport between the company and the client
•Coordinates and supervises staff and vendors needed to carry out client service requirements, and ensures quality, cost-effective service, within budget and established timeframe
•Ensures that conference, action, monthly, time and expense reports are completed in a timely manner
•Ensures that supervisors are kept fully informed regarding activities and plans of individuals and clients
•Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
•Submitting a monthly maintenance various cost components reports to the management for review
•Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers
•Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product
•Responsible for inventory of work shop tools, accessories, delivery equipment’s and tools
•Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
•Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
•Manage calendar for Managing Director
•Assist in resolving any administrative problems
•Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
