• Responsible for initiating, receiving and all design, drawings and specifications to creating project planning and detailed program for execution of the project. To ensure that all specifications, and authority regulations as shown on drawings or based on experience or indicated to in technical submittals are followed on site.
• Resources Allocation Plan: To prepare all needed resources allocation plans and to follow with related departments for supplying needed resources, report any difficulty to Operations Manager on time. Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff.
