Design, Selection and Installation Electro mechanical system& HVAC
- Supplying material items spare parts, HVAC units - repair & Maintenance for Mechanical units
- Promoting Engineering products and Services - General Facilities Electro Mechanical services
- Revising Mechanical designs made by other companies based on British, American and local codes and standards.
- Preparing Mechanical tender documents: this includes preparing the preambles, B.O.Q.s and specifications.
- Construction supervision: Using FIDIC and local regulations in supervision. Work includes revising shop drawings, material submittals, writing memos and letters for both the Contractors and RED, checking the invoices and variation orders….
- Study all Mechanical Tender Drawings and Contract Specifications and review submitted shop drawings.
- Supervise the Executed Mechanical Works according to Approved Shop-drawings.
- Issuing all relevant Site Instructions and Non-Conformity Reports to the Contractor.
- Study Material Submittals presented by the Contractor in collaboration with the Quality, designers and other trades Senior Engineers.
- Managing and planning scheduled or non-scheduled meeting with contractors, subcontractors, project shareholders other trade senior engineers and follow up MOM.
- Directing, overviewing all processes of construction for buildings, facilities, hangars, stores, roads, infrastructures, services and all Mechanical systems installed in the project ( HVAC piping & duct Systems, drainage, Waste Water & pumps, Fire Fighting& Sprinkler System& pumps, Water Supply System, Rain water systems, Irrigation systems drinking water system and other equipment installations, ).
- Supervising Testing and Commissioning for all Mechanical Services installed at the project.
- Directing and managing a huge Engineering, technical and management organization consisting of diverse technical/ Engineering teams through specialized sections, workshops and groups (supervised by (4-6) senior Engineers) and more than (35) Engineers overseeing and coordinating daily and periodic work activities implemented by nearly (400) different technicians) to perform multi duties and jobs of installation, maintenance, inspection, tracking Engineering drawings, evaluation, auditing and repair a vast MEGA buildings, housings, Facilities and special Engineering specs areas for the modern University town. All categories of works purpose towards smooth running all multi- kinds of facilities and Electro mechanical systems/ units with high quality standards, zero downtime, reducing costs, delighting customers, decreasing Energy consumption, protecting the Environment, following QMS Quality Management System, following state- of- art monitoring& scheduling techniques (ECMM, CAFM, MAXIMO), increasing productivity and following quality standard operating procedures during all Engineering works.
- Discussing, negotiating and solving conflicts regarding contractual debates with the Client (whole project Consultant) and End users or Customers. Also, directing, managing, supervising and auditing all processes of scope of works with subcontractors.
- Performing& Implementing all facilities (PPM, CM, EM) Work Orders regarding Engineering/ Electro mechanical units/ systems according to end users/ customers’ requests and MAXIMO System (CMMS computerized maintenance management system) for scheduling or extracting preventive maintenance activities provided to be accomplished within target duration of time (as per priority parameters) and with high quality of performance.
- Directing and leading teams of different cultures, levels, countries and languages to the purpose of accomplishing the tasks and missions of the huge project related to building teams/ cross teams, empowering technical& administrative capabilities, on the job training, increasing evaluation, inspection, follow up, appraisal and monitoring performance.
- Directing, managing and coordinating HR processes through selecting and recruiting high qualified Engineers& Technicians,
- Coordinating and managing complex staff cases, service customers/ end users various requests, deployment of specialized technical teams (24/ 7), purposing smooth running
