• Leading the Bottles Mold committee.
• Communicate POs to suppliers and share the constrains within the S&OP cycle.
• Following up with the SP team to optimize the changeover on the production lines.
• Responsible for the inventory value.

Ensure the execution of all production activities.
• Follow up with the customers starting from order placement till delivery.
• Ensuring that all the financial & operational activities are within the legal limitations (Taxes,
industrial safety, etc.).
• Securing the supply of Raw & Pack .

• Establish monthly sales forecast and upload it on SAP
• Monthly Reporting for the sales forecast accuracy & bias.
• Prepare the monthly production plan and update it on weekly basis.
• Managing the FG inventory investment referring the NWC target.
• Following up the monthly slow-movers action plan. (FG&RM)
• Responsible for the Customer & Product portfolio modification.
• Maintaining the target projection level per SKU on track.

Interaction with the sales & Customers
• Insuring that all the sales orders were recorded and updated on SAP.
• Reporting any delay in the promised delivery dates and its effect on the E-OTIF target.
• Gather the data from the production, warehouse and sales to report the root cause and action plan for the backorders.
• Sending the customer satisfaction surveys to the customers and report level of satisfaction semi-annually.
• Insuring that all the customers offered prices has been recorded on SAP to avoid any price discrepancy.
• Reporting the inventory level on weekly basis.
Interaction with the warehouse
• Managing the daily transportation schedule with the warehouse to insure the maximum utility of trucks (FTL) and on time delivery of orders.
• Manage the return orders communicated from the sales team and insure to record them on SAP.
Interaction with finance:
• Review and confirm all the transactions included in the transportation cost report (prepared from the warehouse) for the accounting team to raise the checks.
• Insure to raise a credit or debit note in case of need for any adjustment in a customer account due to price or quantity discrepancy or a rebate.
Interaction with the Production
• Getting in touch to check if there is any delay in the production schedule that may affect the on time delivery of sales orders.
