• Manage the relationship with existing clients within the portfolio and work to develop and meet their requests as well as detecting their accounts and providing services by the various service channels in the bank to maintain them and raise the level of satisfaction.
• Attract new customers to increase the bank's portfolio of clients and study their needs and applications and approve them.
• Meet the customers and receive their different applications and pass them to the concerned parties and follow up the implementations with the speed and precision required to increase the level of customer satisfaction.
• Study applications for credit facilities provided by the customers from different aspects and verify the completeness of data, information and analysis, credit and financial support for decision making, and verify compliance with the conditions and the policies of credit approved for the sector.
• Perform periodic field visits to existing and future clients in order to enhance the relationship with them and attract new clients to increase the bank portfolio.
