Nature of Duties:
Adopt contents management system (CMS) for the organization website and monitor the success of the project.
Allocate human and financial resources to different development projects.

Set and execute plans for migrating desktop based applications to web based applications.
Plan, execute, and control integration of the organization’s isolated applications.
Establish and document the department duties, work process, responsibilities and standards.
Enforce composing code documentation and user manual for existing applications.
Monitor internal application development projects.
Conduct Interviews with prospective employees.
Propose annual Budget for the department.

Assigned as Deputy General Manager for the department of Communication and Information Technology. (When needed)
Nature of Duties:
Analyze different departments need for creating new system or modifying an existing one.
Translate department requirements into a specific project brief.
Identify and assess alternative technical solutions to best serve business process\es.
Gather system requirements for selected solution.
Produce project feasibility report and submit it to approval’s committee.
Work with developers and end-users to ensure technical compatibility and end-user approval.
Lead technical team into designing, coding, testing and debugging new solution software.
Ensures project deliverables meet time constraint.
Document new solution code and create simple user manual.
Create proposal for system/s replacement.
Extract different statistical reports from the university database as required, to support management discussion.

Nature of Duties:
Evaluate existing custom made - Oracle database - application; which serves the college daily operations and enhance its functionalities to rise up performance.
Plan, design and program applications using oracle form builder 6i and 10g for the collage daily operation.
Build or modify reports according to the college need, using oracle report builder 6i.
Optimization and normalization of the college Database.
