• Effectively communicate the Company’s business strategy and objectives to Staff, ensuring their total understanding of job purpose and performance
• Responsible of the selection/recruitment of suitable Sales personnel
• Day to day management of Sales Team including time management, assessment, training and disciplinary issues
• Ensure continuous skills development and product knowledge for all Staff
• Responsible for staying abreast of product roadmap (new launches, arrivals etc.) to maintain proper understanding of current and future trends
• Track Company competitors and gather/analyze market intelligence data
• Monitor the Customer Service Division performance and ensure its compliance to Company standards
• Segregate the monthly/yearly sales targets over the various divisions and monitor their achievement levels
• Conduct weekly meetings with the Store’s Middle Management to discuss/evaluate their daily operational issues and suggest means of improvement
• Approve “any” product display/sale within the Store, in coordination with Floor Supervisors and related Business Divisions
• Approve and coordinate all the promotional activities and events hosting within the Store
• Present to the Chairman and GGM a monthly comprehensive report (inclusive of performance/figures, products news and Customers/Staff feedback & issues)
• Accountable for revenue increase and cost control
• Coordinated and supervised the fit-out/handover of 16 Luxury Retail Fashion Outlets
• Upon every Store completion, I automatically assumed its operations
• Handle all the communication pertaining to Logistics with the Brands Representatives
• Follow up forwarders cargo shipments and deployment
• Monitor and approve the orders grouping/consolidation
• Track shipments with the forwarders and ensure timely reception and delivery to every outlet
• Assign maintenance Contractors for the Stores
• Monitor all maintenance works executed and ensure conformity to desired standards
• Carry out all communication and cooperation between Al Mana Luxury Co. and the “Tenants Coordination Team” at UDC (the Landlord)
• Select and assign Contractors for the Stores set-up and fit-out
• Coordinate and monitor the efficiency and timely handover of each contractor
• Interview, recruit, train & manage the Sales Staff of Boucheron boutiques
• Create and manage Boucheron sales matrix for the local markets of Qatar & Bahrain
• Manage all pricing and profitability related issues
• Plan, budget and execute Boucheron media campaigns
• Responsible for the creation, use and distribution of Boucheron marketing collateral to promote and maintain the desired brand image
• Responsible for all the details pertaining to Boucheron annual contribution to the Doha Watches & Jewellery Fair (DWJF), from the design/installation of Boucheron Stand to the leaflets creation/distribution and media booking/contribution
• Responsible for managing/training the Sales and Key Account Executives Team, covering all the Lebanese territory
• Responsible for developing the Marketing and Corporate communication plan for Sony Lebanon
• Create strategies and plans to facilitate the execution of the yearly marketing/promotions calendar
• Create and implement sales plans and marketing activities for the development of the overall Company performance
• Ensure the adherence of all the Sales/Marketing activities to Sony’s standards and guidelines
• Plan, budget and execute the Sony yearly ATL promotion
• Attend the bi-annual Sony Business Planning Meeting (BPM)
• Train and educate the Dealers and their Staff on Sony’s latest product launches, innovations and technological advancements
• Structure and implement Dealer “tailor-made” incentives, to increase performance and expand the shelf space and market reach of Sony products

• Prepare the “quarterly” comprehensive presentations about the overall business performance to Fattal Board of Directors (inclusive of SWOT analysis, KPIs, Customers/Staff Satisfaction Surveys, Competitors Data analysis etc.)
• Accountable for all the sales related issues, from yearly sales planning/forecasting to the actual performance within my assigned geographical area
• Prepare monthly performance objectives, sales targets and incentives for my Dealers and Key Accounts
• Collect competitors data and prepare “market intelligence” analysis
• Responsible for the after-sales servicing and Customer complaints follow up
• Plan and apply various BTL activities within my Dealers showrooms (Hands on, in-shop promotions etc.)
