- Leading a team of more than 7 social media executives/specialists.
- The team supports more than 33 clients from the MENA region and worldwide.
- Providing social media monitoring reports covering all social media platforms.
- Managing the communication between the customer service department and the social media executives/specialists.
- Researching available software in the market related to media monitoring in general (Social media and online monitoring in specific).
- Provide technical training for all new joiners

- Service clients in achieving their media monitoring objectives
- Analyze social media content to draw meaningful insights and help with furthering clients' business goals
- Identify and summarize key topics of interest as per the client requirements
- Issue high-quality client reports, qualitative and/or quantitative, by always respecting the tight deadlines, and by including: tables and charts that visualize data, along with summaries and narratives that conclude the findings
- Play an integral role of working cohesively with the team to ensure all deliverable and tasks are performed efficiently and within the set deadlines
- Coordinate closely with the monitoring team, thus ensuring accuracy and relevancy of search queries, based on client requirements
- Liaise with the Coding team to plan workflows and ensure reports are delivered on time
- Coordinate with Client Success, on a regular basis, to review, understand and ensure client requirements are met
•Monitoring social media platforms to find points of interest to the client by using the latest tools and technology provided by Group Operations and IT, in addition to manual search on every platform.
•Categorizing the relevant items, following the clients' briefing document and my understanding of the client's interests.
•Translating or summarizing social media posts in Arabic/English.
•Creating accurate and informative executive reports, real-time/daily alerts and coded data sheets.
•Ensuring data integrity within the daily/weekly/monthly reports and dashboards.
•Looking out for, and reporting to the client, buzz alerts, based on spikes in interest or rising issues.
Preparing and hosting a daily social media/ tech program.
1) Editing Radar's segmnet in "Menna w Jerr"program.

5) Shooting sneak peaks videos for the social media.
