• Continually improving the management and manner in which work is delivered and the process employed by streamlining the designers' works remotely and via workshops.
• Developing project work plans with breakdowns for each phase and service discipline by assigning skilled technical staff.
• Responsible for the planning, design and effectively coordinating for design between the operator and Interior Decorator located in New York City, Lead designer / structural in Athens and MEP designer in Doha.

• Managed day-to-day operational aspects of construction projects and making sure budgets, timescales and project specifications are met.

• EMAG project in Morocco - A design and built project located in “Errachidia” province encompassing Errachidia” conventional and sports complex; Melaab” school complex; “Arfoud” sales and commercial center; Goulmima Dialysis center and related staff accommodation block; Private Motel and HH Suite, renovation of existing “Majliss”, soldiers’ barracks, industrial kitchen feeding the “Qatari” compound as well as Grand Mosque for 7000 persons
• MRPC project in Algeria - Head of Architecture department for the “Forum El-Djazair” project, zone-1, located at “Sidi faraj”, and composed of 4 residential high rise buildings each comprising 3 basement levels, ground floor and mezzanine, in addition to 22 stories and roof level accommodating MEP technical services

• Oversaw scheduling, supervision of construction sites, construction resources and assigning engineering staff and individual responsibilities.
• Served as a technical support; checked shop drawings and as-built drawings prepared in-house and by subcontractors, and ensured the accuracy of calculations in addition to resolving site technical problems.

• Liaised effectively with all project stakeholders and participated in design review, quantity calculations and quality control as well as timely ordering and availability of material.
• Prepared daily and weekly progress/technical reports for management review and provided data to ensure alignment with department’s budget, engineering standards specifications and design instruction.

• Implemented QA/QC procedure & relevant Industry procedures and carried out inspection for all project works
• Examined responses to tenders, conducted technical and financial analysis preceding negotiations and finalized contractors and associated contracts/ agreement clauses in accordance with organizational policies and procedures
• Attended technical meetings and mediated with all stakeholders engaged in project to obtain approval signatures, while aiming at satisfying the highest common interest.
