Throughout 2019 and 2020, I managed two mid-sized solar energy projects from inception to commissioning, operation and maintenance.

In collaboration with MORES, EPS and its sister company South For Construction (SFC) hit the waste management sector by developing a professional team of experts and specialists, and partnering with international waste management operators in order to respond to market needs and socio-economic demands

The role involves the development of the Waste management division using the state of the art technologies, and the design of Waste-to-Energy solutions (RDF), in response to RFP and ITB issued by the Lebanese Government represented by the Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR) and other local and international organizations (UN subsidiaries). It also involves pursuing international suppliers and operators specialized in the renewable energy, and developing MOUs and EPC contract agreements.
Throughout this process, SFC has succeeded to provide Eco-Friendly solutions to the municipal solid waste problem in Lebanon, mainly the Waste-to Energy Solution, and has managed to respond to many RFP raised by different local authorities.
