5- LULU Hyper Market & Cigar Lounge projects, Diplomatic quarter branch. Construction supervision of precast buildings, finishing works, MEP works and fitting works till operation.
Worked at TGNW location steel tank farm with capacity of 1 million m3 part of the mega project of 4 million m3 strategic reservoir of Riyadh city with a cost of 380, 000, 000 SAR doing the following:
- Supervise starting stage (mobilization, survey & excavation)
- Assuring that site activities are meeting with RFP and within cost, quality & time
- Providing technical advice to contractor
- Provide technical assistance to client representative
- Manufacturers visit and participate on materials inspecting
- Leading a supervision team consists of (2 civil inspectors, Surveyor, Safety Officer, Electrical and Mechanical inspectors and Welding inspector)
- Supervise subcontractors and their activities
- Reporting to vice project director
- Prepare and review variation orders when claimed and analyse them technically comparing it with the RFP and time wise
- Direct the follow up weekly meeting if the resident engineer is absent
- Review and approve contractors submittals (documents, drawings, plans, invoices…. etc.)

“SUPERVISION SERVICIES FOR THE FIRST STAGE PROJECTS FOR RIYADH WATER SUPPLY MASTER PLAN CONTRACTS” includes the projects 3A, 3B, 4, 11, 12, 15A, 15B, 16, 17A, 17B and SAAD LOT5. A total of 11 contracts including steel and concrete tanks, pumping stations and transmission lines with a total cost of 648, 000, 000$ doing the following:
- Quantity account and cost control for each contract separately
- Manage quantity survey and cost control for withdrawn projects and prepare the report
- Quality control over all contracts
- Prepare and review variation orders when claimed and analyse them technically and time wise
- Assure that company PMM is strictly implemented
- Review and comment on NWCs periodic update of the PMM
