Core responsibility is to initiate new deals, or to follow up on door opening and lobbying effort for different identities in the Group across Africa, with prime targets being Lottery & Sports Betting licenses, Security and governmental forms, Identifications concessions, Telecom related projects, Elections supply projects, Security printing, Solar off grid concession and others. If a concession is awarded, it will require developing an operation and I will have to support in the set up and deployment of new operation. Last but not least, I have to coordinate any opportunity across the group between existing operations and BU heads.
• Tendered and negotiated Lottery and Sports betting concessions in Gambia and Zambia allowing us to successfully lock these opportunities
• Conducted the market overview, financial projections, business plan and strategy for Gambia and Zambia leading to the prosperous launch of these operations
• Supported in the set up and deployment of new operations (Recruitment, policies, operations, etc…) leading to successful operations generating over $1.3 Million per month
• Initiated new deals in new markets for every product on my portfolio Lottery and Sports Betting, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), Security and Governmental forms, Value Added Services (VAS) engendering a richer portfolio
